Technical training

Our training is designed to prepare divers for the challenges of deeper diving, the use of helium based breathing gases and oxygen enriched decompression gases. Based on our experience in a wide variety of environments (deep ocean, wreck and cave), our aim is to cut through the myths and misconceptions often associated with technical diving, and demystify the “voodoo” of decompression. We will provide you with the tools to develop a simple, practical and pragmatic approach to decompression management.

We offer robust and challenging scenario based training designed to develop solid skill-sets, situational awareness, strong personal and team capacity, along with realistic advanced problem resolution. And perhaps most importantly, FUN is a big part of what we do as well :-)

If you don’t currently have very solid foundational skills (buoyancy, trim and propulsion) before embarking on technical diver training, we would suggest that you invest the time in an Essentials or GUE Fundamentals program.

Training can be conducted in deep cenotes/sinkholes, the deep walls of the Meso-American reef, or the deep walls of Cozumel.
